Trump's childhood home is on sale again in New York: even more expensive
After Trump's childhood home was briefly rented out on Airbnb and turned into a quasi-presidential museum - complete with copies of Trump's books and assorted memorabilia - Queens Tudor is back on the list of properties for sale.

The five-bedroom apartment building, built in 1940, became a sensation in August 2017, when it ended up on Airbnb for 725 dollars per night and promised guests to show the place where Trmp lived from birth to 4 years. Representatives of the media, including The Post, flocked to the “abode” to find out what was going on, but the expensive rent did not come true when landlords could not provide their first guests with hot water and save the house from the stench of naphthalene balls.
The Post even brought a psychic to tune in to some presidential energy flows, and the medium sensed an “old German lady” who was “indecisive and harsh” and, perhaps, Trump's grandmother Elizabeth Trump.
The house was last sold in 2017 for $ 2,14 million. It was bought from real estate investor Michael Davis, who bought a brick house in 2016 for $ 1,4 million shortly after Trump won the election and almost doubled his investment.
The main brokers Dolly and Jenny Lenz said that presidential history and location caused the theft of listing prices.
“It’s a great house,” Jenny Lenz said. “The fact that this is the president’s childhood home is a huge advantage.”
