In New York, a man hung a dog on a tree
In New York, 47-year-old Robert S. Overton Jr. is accused of abusing animals for hanging a dog on a tree, writes NBC News.

On Monday evening, a passer-by discovered a dead pit bull in Jamestown. Police believe that the dog was there for several months.
Overton said that the dog got sick and bit him and his little daughter three times. Then the man decided to kill the dog to protect his family. He said that he loves animals and regrets what happened.
The man was brought to justice and sent to Jamestown prison without the right to bail.
