“Using the successful model we have developed at “Pre-K for All"We're doubling our free, full-day, high-quality 3-K preschool for all our 3-year-olds,” de Blasio said.

The mayor noted that the first children at the age of 3 will start accepting kindergartens in the South Bronx and in Brownsville.

Note that the program Pre-K for all extends to New York families with any income level, there is no competition and no selection - places in schools are guaranteed to everyone.
