The apartment is located on the first floor of a building built in the middle of the XX century on Marshal Biryuzov Street. Before the two-room apartment was communal, and the owners could not leave for a long time.

“Living in such an apartment is extremely inconvenient: you have to get up with the first train, and go to bed with the last train,” noted the real estate company.

According to the observations of analysts, in general, unsuccessful planning of housing can reduce its cost by 15-20 percent. In Moscow, according to their data, there are apartments without bathrooms, with access to the kitchen through the bathroom and other planning features.
