The program will provide free medical care to illegal immigrants aged 55 to 64. This program expands the state's efforts to provide health benefits to older immigrants.

To qualify for the program, you must be between the ages of 55 and 64, have been either an illegal immigrant or a lawful permanent resident of the United States for less than five years, and have an income of at least $18 for one person or $754 for two.
The program will expand on July 1 to include people aged 42 to 54.
