Google created a 'cemetery' of closed projects: what was 'buried' in it
Google is known, among other things, for regularly shutting down its services and opening its own “cemetery” of projects. Writes about this Meduza.
Many users still cannot forget the Google Reader RSS aggregator, which stopped working in 2013. Or a Picasa photo service, or even a Google+ social network.
There is even a special site Google Cemetery, which lists all the services already "killed" by the company, as well as projects that the corporation intends to close in the near future.
Google decided to arrange its own cemetery of closed services, and not virtual.
