   You will be contacted if your application is randomly selected during the initial lease or sale process. Please note that due to the large number of applications, it is not possible to contact every applicant for every project. You can view all the projects you have applied for in the Residential Listing (Search tab). Here you can check if the application is valid or expired. If you do not want to apply online, you can submit it in paper form. The application form may be mailed to you. Go to the announcement for the project you are interested in on the "Search" page. There you will learn how to receive the application form by mail and where to send the completed form.

Applicants are not required to pay an application fee, but they may be charged for a credit check that is non-refundable.

You will also be contacted if your application is rejected for any of the following reasons:

1. The household does not meet the established requirements (such as income) for participation in the program in which housing was built.
2. The household received more than one application for a residential property, which led to its cancellation.
