In Boeing found a new marriage in the aircraft model 737 Max

Boeing has notified the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States (FAA) of a possible marriage in the slats guide pads on 737NG and 737 Max aircraft. Liners of this type crashed in Indonesia and Ethiopia.

A joint investigation by Boeing and the FAA revealed that the contracting company had supplied defective parts to the aircraft manufacturer to 148. Boeing has identified the serial numbers of the 737NG and 737 Max aircraft, in which incorrectly assembled parts can be installed. In total there are 133 737NG and 179 737 Max aircraft in all over the world, in which damaged parts can be installed.

The nature of the marriage is such that it can cause damage and exit guide rails from the system. This should not cause the plane to crash, but may damage it.

The FAA will issue a directive according to which Boeing will have to install all planes at risk and replace defective parts within 10 days. The US Federal Aviation Administration notified the aviation authorities of other countries about the problem.

In May, Boeing announced the completion of the software update process for the 737 Max aircraft. The update affected the MCAS system, which struggles with the stalling of the airliner with autopilot turned off.

• Many pilots who had to drive a Boeing 737 MAX crashed in Ethiopia versed in controlling this aircraft model via iPad tablets.
