In Belarus, traffic police led the pursuit of a horse-drawn carriage
In the Belarusian Mogilev, traffic policemen set up a pursuit of a horse-drawn carriage because the driver had violated traffic rules: he began to move along the sidewalk a little before the green light of a traffic light came on.
The inspectors tried to stop the cart and bring the carrier to justice, but could not do it: he did not react to the demands of the policemen and drove around the traffic cop who got in the way of the horse’s movement.
As a result, the chase ended with an injury: during a sharp turn, the carter flew off the cart and injured his head, he was taken to the hospital. During the chase, the driver violated the rules five times.
