In Belarus, block all anonymous services and sites
In Belarus, all anonymizers (services that provide Internet users with anonymous access to the network) will be blocked, allowing them to bypass restrictions and access sites banned in the country.
“The state inspection, when identifying Internet resources, means of ensuring anonymity (proxy servers, anonymous networks such as Tor and others), allowing users of Internet services to access Internet resources, the identifiers of which are included in the restricted access list, adds to the restricted access list identifiers of these Internet resources,” the document says.
Any services that provide anonymous access to the network (including Tor) must be blacklisted within 24 hours by Internet service providers. It follows from the decree that for this, providers must check the list of state inspections at least once a day.
