Economic losses from Hurricane Neith in the United States will be about 500 million dollars. Preliminary assessment of material damage prepared by the organization Karen clark & company, writes Gismeteo.
The calculations are based on a computer model that simulates the damage caused by a hurricane to residential and non-residential buildings, cars, industrial premises, infrastructure, etc.
First category hurricane Nate went to land in the USA twiceby hitting several states: Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana and Florida.
Despite significant financial damage, there are no casualties or injuries in the US. On the scale of destruction, it is much weaker than the other hurricanes of the 2017 season of the year Harvey, Irma and Jose.
