Died author of the legendary Russian hits Chris Kelmi

The brother of the singer Yevgeny Suslin noted that he could not confirm with certainty the death of the artist, because he could not get through, but he admits that this is true with a high degree of probability.

According to him, the ex-wife Kelmi Lyudmila was the last to see him alive. She visited the artist 30 December, since then the musician did not get in touch.

“Now I know the same as you. I'm out of town and no one answers my calls. His wife doesn’t answer the phone either, I’ve been trying to call her all day. She stopped answering the phone after the television called her and asked for comment. I am waiting for messages from the commandant, who promised to come to the house and see what is there. But the fact of death is with a high degree of probability. If he had gone to the hospital and gotten sick, either he himself or his friends would have contacted me. The commandant said that he would arrive only tomorrow morning,” Suslin noted.

The information about the death of the artist was also confirmed in the Naro-Fominsky morgue, the reason for his death should be determined by the examination.

Chris Kelmi is a Soviet and Russian singer and composer. He is the creator of the musical groups “Leap Summer” and “Rock Atelier”, and was also a member of the “Autograph” group.

He became famous due to such hits as “Closing the Circle”, “Tired Taxi”, “Night Rendezvous” and many others.

The singer had problems with alcohol, he was repeatedly detained for driving while intoxicated. Recently, he lived as a hermit in his mansion and did not feel well. It was rumored that the musician had serious problems with speech after epileptic seizures and excessive drinking. Relatives argued that Kelmi had long needed serious medical care and was not always in adequate condition.

In December 2018 of the year, the former beloved artist told reporters that she was worried about his health. When she tried to check him in, she could not reach him, and no one opened the door to her.
