Decree on Migrants in the United States will change for the sake of holders of green cards

Holders of green cards from 7 Muslim countries whose citizens are denied entry to the United States are free to visit America, said White House spokesman Shaun Spicer, writes Air force.
27 January US President Donald Trump signed a decree according to which all refugee reception programs are suspended for 120 days, and citizens of 7 Muslim countries are prohibited from entering the US for 90 days.
Trump's decision triggered the thousands protests across America. One of the most controversial provisions was that the holders of green cards from Muslim countries appearing in the decree were also banned, although the presence of a green card actually means permission to permanently reside in the United States.
Subsequently, the White House explained that the holders of green cards can get into the United States for up to 90 days by submitting an application for a visa-free entry program.
February 1 Spicer clarified that the owners of green cards do not need to submit such an application, they can get into the United States freely. Appropriate changes will be made to the presidential decree.
Trump's decree sparked protests from civil society, government officials, and businessmen. The leaders of large companies in the field of health, technology and education have criticized the decree, noting that restrictions on the admission of migrants will prevent them from hiring qualified employees.
States of Washington, Massachusetts, New York and Virginia dispute Trump's decree in court.
