Herfel suspected something was amiss and went to the emergency room for a checkup, where she was told that she had an ovarian cyst.

But the dog continued to behave strangely, which forced the woman to go for another examination - this time to a gynecologist. The woman was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer and underwent treatment for several weeks.

After this incident, the dog twice sniffed out the return of cancer in the woman long before the doctors confirmed each of the cases.

In addition, Sierra discovered cancer in her friend Herfel. By that time, a friend knew that she had this disease.
