Three-meter alligator took over the house in Florida before they wanted to show it to buyers
This month, a worker finishing up a new home in the Fort Myers, Florida area found a giant, three-meter-high alligator loitering in the master bedroom, reports New York Post.
Just when you thought the Florida housing market couldn't be scarier, a window blind installer spotted a reptile and hurriedly called in professional hunters to remove it.
In the video, filmed at the Babcock Ranch residence, where homes cost more than $1,5 million, two men are seen trying to pull an alligator out of the house with a rope.

The excited reptile rolled over several times during the struggle before being removed.
Project manager Matthew Goodwin said the alligator was probably looking for some warmth indoors during the cold weather and got trapped.
Goodwin said the reptile had searched every nook and cranny in the house before settling into the master bedroom.
“The alligator went into every room and left a mark there,” Goodwin explained.
