Transgender accused of corrupting 10-year-old girl

In Wyoming, a transgender woman was convicted of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in the bathroom. Now a man who calls himself a woman faces up to 70 years in prison, according to New York Post.

Miguel Martinez, who identifies himself as a woman and uses the name Michel, was convicted of sexual harassment of a minor of the first and second degree.

In March, an 10-year-old mother went to the police in Casper with the assertion that a family friend was harassing her daughter in the bathroom. After a medical examination, the nurse girls found redness and abrasions on the genitals of the child.

According to the testimony of the child, Martinez asked her to go into the bath, after which he touched her breast, genitals, and not only. After harassment, the girl ran to her mother and told her about the incident. The distraught mother attacked Martinez in the parking lot, while the child was hiding in the closet at that time.

After reports of the mother, Martinez was arrested in a house in Evansville, he was very drunk. When they brought him to the police station and began interrogating what had happened, the transgender person assumed a hostile and defensive position. He accused the girl’s family of PR, after which he stopped responding to the police officer on the case.

After a four-day trial, he was found guilty. The verdict will be made later. Martinez faces up to 70 years in prison.
