Trump said he will build a wall in Colorado, but this is not a border state
At a meeting with voters in Pittsburgh, US President Donald Trump first looked at everyday issues. He then made a statement about his long-promised border wall. Writes about it CNN.

“We are building a wall on the border with New Mexico. And building a wall in Colorado, ”Trump said.
Although, it should be noted that the state of Colorado, located north of New Mexico, does not border Mexico.
Then Trump said that the wall will become “big and really work - you can’t get over it, just as you can climb under it.”
“We are building a wall in Texas,” he said. “We are not building a wall in Kansas, but having the walls mentioned is beneficial to them too.”

Colorado Democrat Governor Jared Polis tweeted Trump
“Well, it's a little uncomfortable. After all, Colorado does not border Mexico, - Polis writes. “It's good that there are free kindergartens in Colorado - now the kids will know the geography.”
After that, the president wrote on Twitter that he was just joking and specifically playing on the audience:

Earlier, the Senate could not cancel the national emergency declaration, which the president used to pay for the wall on the border of the United States and Mexico.
Trump declared a state of emergency in February after failing to convince Congress to provide additional funding for the wall. Then Congress rejected this statement, on which Trump vetoed his first. By law, Congress may try to block the declaration every six months, but so far has not been able to reverse the presidential decree.
