Trump calls 'sick people' accusing him of collusion with Russia
Trump believes that all officials who have supported the "one greatest deception" in the history of politics in the country should be held accountable.
US President Donald Trump, speaking at a rally in Michigan, called Democrats still claiming collusion between his presidential campaign and Russia as “sick people,” writes “Today".
“These are sick people, and there must be some responsibility, because all this is a lie,” Donald Trump said. “Many have suffered from this scam. But more importantly, our country has suffered. Our country has suffered, ”the US President added.
In his speech, he called the chairman of the intelligence committee, Adam Schiff, who insists on the existence of collusion between Donald Trump's campaign headquarters and Russia, despite Robert Mueller's conclusions, "a little bastard."
He also spoke unflatteringly about the chairman of the judicial committee, Jerrold Nadler. “For many years he was the congressman from Manhattan. I've built great things in Manhattan. I've had to fight him many, many times. I'm here now. And I have to defeat him again ... ”, - said Trump.
“And all current and former officials who paid for, promoted and supported one of the greatest deceptions in the history of politics in our country must be brought to justice,” the US President concluded.
Earlier, US Attorney General William Barr, on the basis of a report by Special Prosecutor Robert Muller, told Congress that no evidence of collusion between Russia and Trump or related people. At the same time, according to the report, Muller did not come to the unequivocal conclusion whether Trump impeded justice.
As you know, Muller completed his investigation and on Friday delivered a report to the head of the US Department of Justice, William Barr. US President Donald Trump has previously advocated publication of the report as he stressed, this step will allow the Americans to be convinced of the groundlessness of the allegations of some illegal contacts between his campaign headquarters and Moscow.
After the investigation was completed, Special Prosecutor Muller did not make new accusations, although during the investigation he put forward a number of accusations to close associates of US President Donald Trump.
Recall, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine began investigating the possible interference of the Ukrainian security forces in the American elections. They allegedly tried to help former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to win the presidential race.
