Trump scored the required number of delegates for the nomination
Candidate for the presidency of America from the Republican Party, Donald Trump won the required number of votes of party delegates and is ready for a tough fight for the presidency.
According to the Associated Press, the billionaire scored 1 238 votes from 1 237 necessary for the nomination.
Given that Trump is the only Republican candidate, after the June 7 primaries he will easily gain additional votes in order to avoid getting into the so-called “controversial nomination.” The June 7 primaries will add 303 votes to his treasury.
Within a few months of the election campaign, Trump separated from a group of Republican candidates, calling for a ban on Muslims from entering the country, deportation of 11 to millions of illegal immigrants and the construction of a wall on the border with Mexico.
Presidential elections will be held on November 8 of 2016.
