Goods and services you can get for free when you travel in economy class

These days, flying in economy class often leaves you with a less-than-ideal experience - cramped seats, limited food and drink options. But in some cases, you can ask the flight attendant for a few free goodies to make your trip more comfortable, such as extra snacks, pillows, blankets and even medicine. Economy class passengers don't often get a full meal on short-haul flights, but they do get drinks and snacks.
