A 4-month-old baby was caught in a tornado in Tennessee: the baby was found alive and well in a tree
A four-month-old baby has miraculously survived after being pulled into a tree by a tornado. How this happened, the publication told News Week.
Sydney Moore of Clarksville, Tennessee, was in her mobile home with her partner and two young children when a tornado hit the area on Saturday, December 9th.
Photos from the scene show a baby crib that ended up in a tree. When the tornado hit their home, a 4-month-old baby named Lord was inside a bassinet and was lifted into the air. Later, the parents found the baby on a fallen tree.
Moore said her partner tried to save her youngest son from the tornado.

“He tried to grab the Lord from the cradle, but the roof had already come off. The bassinet went up first, and the baby stayed in it,” Moore added. “He made two turns and then he was thrown.”
“Lord just held on to the cradle all this time, and she wound in circles. “I already thought that he was dead and we wouldn’t find him,” Moore admitted. “But he’s here, and it’s by the grace of God.”
“I swear to God, he looked like he was just planted in a tree, even though he had a gash on his face. The wound turned out to be deep, but they sealed it,” Sydney said.
The family was very close to tragedy, and Moore, according to her, covered her second child, one-year-old Princeton, with her own body.
“I ran into the back bedroom and jumped on Princeton,” Moore said. “When I covered my eldest son, the walls had already collapsed, and at that moment the siren went off.”
One of the family's pets, a gray cat, is still listed as missing, while the second cat was found.
The children's aunt, Caitlin Moore, posted a fundraiser on GoFundMe after Lord had to have his ear taped due to a cut.
“Fortunately, everyone escaped with minor cuts and bruises,” she wrote, adding that her sister’s fiancé had a “fractured arm/shoulder.”
And very touchingly, Caitlin wrote about her 4-month-old nephew: “We were told that he looked like he had been carefully laid on a tree. It was as if an angel had guided him to safety.”
