Top 20 highest paid professions among women in the USA
On average, in the US, women get about 78 cents for every dollar a man receives. Some companies are trying to do everything possible to reduce this difference and take a step towards equal earnings of women and men.
Some experts believe that much depends not only on the companies, but also on the employees themselves. In their opinion, it is important that women demand higher wages from their leaders.
PayScale, which analyzes salaries, bonuses and compensation in American companies, ranked 20 the highest paid professions among women.
The study took into account data that relate to professionals with experience from 5 to 8 years in areas where women have at least 40% of jobs.
