Tymoshenko topped the presidential rating in Ukraine, Poroshenko is not even in the top three

In the case of the presidential election in Ukraine in April 2018, the current president, Petro Poroshenko, would not have even passed to the second round, since he is not among the three leaders in trust among the population.

This is evidenced by the results research, conducted by the Sociological Group "Rating".

In first place in terms of support among Ukrainians was former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko (14,2%); in second place is the leader of the “Civil Position” party Anatoly Gritsenko (10,9%), in third — the head of the parliamentary faction “Opposition Bloc” Yuriy Boyko (9,4%), in fourth — Petro Poroshenko (9,3%), five The leaders are closed by singer Svyatoslav Vakarchuk (9,2%).

At the same time Poroshenko is the undisputed leader of anti-rating. 45,3% of Ukrainians would under no circumstances vote for him.

In second place is former Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk (25,6%), followed by Lyashko (25,2%), Tymoshenko (24,2%), leader of the nationalist party “Svoboda” Oleg Tyagnibok (18,4%) and Boyko (17,1%).

Among the most popular expectations of Ukrainians from the next president were ending the military conflict in the east of the country (67%), intensifying the fight against corruption (57%), reviving the industry (38%), improving the quality of medicine (22%) and raising social standards (21% ).

The survey was conducted from 10 to 22 April throughout the country. Six thousand Ukrainians older than 18 took part in it.

The next presidential elections in Ukraine will be held on March 31 2019.
