The court in the United States blocked the decree trump on tightening immigration policy
Hawaii State Court 17 October temporarily blocked the decree of US President Donald Trump to tighten immigration policy on citizens of eight countries, which was to enter into force October 18, reports LA Times.
The decree restricting the entry of citizens of Venezuela, Iran, Yemen, North Korea, Libya, Syria, Somalia and Chad into the USA was signed by Trump 24 of September. Restrictions were imposed due to the fact that these countries have an inadequate level of the security system and inspections of citizens, so those who come from them to the US can bear the security risk of the country.
Earlier, Trump signed a decree introducing a ban on entry into the United States for citizens of six countries with predominantly Muslim populations - Iran, Yemen, Libya, Syria, Somalia and Sudan, as well as suspending the admission of refugees from all countries of the world.
Now the court checks this decision for compliance with the Constitution, before this decree was enacted.
