A court in New York awarded custody of a child to partners who have had threesome sex

The Long Island couple and their neighbor, who participated in their sexual joys, have been appointed guardians of the 10-year-old boy.

This is the first such decision in New York, writes New York Post.

Don and Michael Marano got married in 1994, in 2001, the couple entered into intimate relations with their neighbor, Audria Garcia, who had recently separated from her boyfriend.

In 2007, the Marano family decided to have a baby, but since 47-year-old Don was barren, 48-year-old Odria decided to have a baby for all three. Even before conceiving a child, the partners agreed that they would bring up the child together.

Garcia’s medical support for the pregnancy was paid for by Don Marano’s insurance, the two women visited the doctor together, and they also took turns at night to feed the child.

Trinity was one big happy family for 18 months, until Garcia and Don Marano decided to become a couple, moving into a separate house in 2008 year.

Then Michael Marano sued Garcia for custody of his son, and Don Marano filed for divorce.

Michael Marano and Garcia agreed to joint custody, but Don felt deprived. Since she was neither the biological nor the adoptive mother of the child, then by law she had no right to custody, despite the fact that she lived with Garcia.

Therefore, Don Marano filed another lawsuit to obtain custody of the boy so that her right to communicate with him was not dependent on the decision of Garcia or Michael Marano, who tried to challenge her lawsuit.

The judge sided with the woman and stated that this was in the interests of the boy, who was “used to considering two women as mothers,” and now the 10-year-old boy officially has three parents.
