The Federal Court of Appeal dismissed the complaint of the Department of Justice, which tried to protest the suspension of the immigration ban of US President Donald Trump.

The appeal was a response to the decision of the federal judge Seattle, suspended Trump's decree on migrants throughout the country. Its rejection means that the suspension decision will remain in force for at least a few more days while further consideration of the issue takes place.
Now the president’s team and the Department of Justice have a deadline until Monday evening, February 6, to submit their objections to this decision.
Recall, January 27 Donald Trump on 120 days restricted the entry of refugees into the US and on 90 days suspended the entry into the country of citizens of 7 states - Sudan, Yemen, Libya, Somalia, Iraq, Iran and Syria. This caused protests in many US cities.
After the decision to cancel the decree, the government immediately contacted the airlines to take steps to allow citizens of countries from the forbidden list to board aircraft heading for the United States.
