The drifting stratospheric balloon that delivered Rogozin to the stratosphere landed 2 thousand kilometers from the launch site, between Mongolia and China,” says the ToSky VKontakte page.
Technology publication Futurism published a note about the launch under the headline “Russia launched a toy car into space to mock Elon Musk.” Musk himself read a tweet about this and threatened to challenge his rivals to a rap battle, writing: “Don’t make me challenge you to a rap battle.”
In ToSky answered the Mask: "It's too late, Ilon, the challenge is accepted."
