The USA has extended the password for Ukrainians: how to stay in America for another two years
In April 2022, the United States opened the Uniting for Ukraine (U4U) program for Ukrainians. It allows Ukrainian citizens fleeing the war and members of their families to receive a password (the right to live and work in America) for two years. For most program participants who came to the United States shortly after the war began, these two years are coming to an end. The American government has finally announced the extension of the Uniting for Ukraine program. From February 27, citizens of Ukraine and their immediate relatives have the right apply for a re-password that will allow them to live in the United States for another two years.
