A security guard in the form of the FSB attacked an American diplomat at the entrance to the US embassy in Moscow and injured him - in particular, he broke his shoulder. About this newspaper The Washington Post, citing four unnamed American representatives. No official confirmation of this information has been received.

According to journalists, the incident occurred on the morning of June 6. After the attack, the diplomat managed to go to the embassy, ​​then he urgently left Russia to receive medical assistance. In connection with the incident, the Russian ambassador to the US, Sergey Kislyak, was summoned to the US State Department.
