Airline American Airlines launched an investigation into the incident, during which, according to eyewitnesses, Stewart forcefully took the carriage away from the passenger and hit her in the face. This happened April 21 on a flight en route from San Francisco to Dallas / Fort Worth.

One of the passengers filmed a quarrel of a tearful woman with a child with employees of the airline and video posted on the Internet, reports CNN.

The record does not show how the scandal began, what happened after it was filmed there. The video shows a woman who, with a child in her arms, stands at the entrance to the cabin and cries. Other employees of the airline are trying to calm her down.

One of the passengers is persistently trying to protect the woman and demands to tell him the name of the crew member who participated in the conflict. Then a man appears in the form of an employee American Airlines, which enters into an altercation with a male passenger and calls to strike him. The conflict ended without a fight, one of the flight attendants told the passenger who stepped in for the woman that she had been hit accidentally.

The author of the video explained that prior to the start of the recording, the airline employee forcibly took the stroller from the woman with the child, hitting her and almost hitting the child.

Airline American Airlines has already apologized for the incident, noting that this behavior does not comply with their rules for dealing with clients, the company also said that the employee involved in the conflict was suspended from the performance of his duties, and an investigation into the incident is currently underway.
