Snow alert: New York will cover snowfall and strong wind

Utilities in New York warn that from the very beginning of the work week, the city will be covered by strong wind and rain, which over time will turn into snowfall. The warning takes effect from 08:00 on December 16.

In particular, according to the National Meteorological Service, up to three centimeters of snow falls in five districts of the city from Monday morning to Tuesday. Moreover, in certain areas of Long Island and north of the city, precipitation up to 5 centimeters is possible.

It is reported that normal waste collection and disposal schedules will remain valid, but delays are possible.
