Representatives of the Brooklyn Nets club did not confirm the information that the famous New York basketball team was put up for sale, but gave food for media speculation on this topic.

“As I have said many times, the owners are always open to offers [to purchase]. This goes along with good business,” Ellen Pinchuk, representing the club, gave a somewhat ambiguous answer.
