Six people arrested for looting in a fire zone in California
Six people were arrested in connection with looting in a fire zone in California.
Several charges have been brought against them, including looting, being in evacuation zones and possession of stolen property, writes ABC 10.
Case No. 1
48-year-old Jason Burns from Chico and 48-year-old Michael Salisbury from Reno were arrested on charges of possession of a firearm, possession of a machine gun (fully automatic weapon), possession of a prohibited narcotic substance, possession of a stolen vehicle and unauthorized entry into the evacuation zone.
Case No. 2
27-year-old Teddy King from Paradise and 38-year-old John Brown from Oroville were arrested for drug possession and sent to Butt County jail.
Case No. 3
22-year-old Shaine Tinnel and 42-year-old Tracy Sizer from Magalia were arrested on charges of stealing a vehicle, storing a stolen vehicle and looting.
