Disney World offers many interactive themed games across its four parks, and many guests may not even know they exist. These hidden attractions are a fun way to see "The Most Magical Place on Earth" in a whole new way. You can roam the less frequented areas around the World Showcase or the hidden spots in the Magic Kingdom. Some require the Play Disney Parks mobile app or travel guides, while others are more classic.

First things first: you need to download the mobile app Play Disney Parks before vacation. More than just an information hub for park attractions, the app also transforms the theme park experience (perfect for entertaining you while waiting in line).

A Pirate's Adventure—Treasures of the Seven Seas

It's a fun time with A Pirate's Adventure - Treasures of the Seven Seas by Magic Kingdom. In this thrilling hunt, the pirates are armed with colorful maps and must find hidden treasures in Adventureland. On each of the five trails, guests turn the park into a playground with interactive props. When all five levels of a difficult but exciting journey are completed, your treasure awaits - a souvenir postcard autographed by Captain Jack Sparrow.

Disney's DuckTales World Showcase Adventure

Explore Epcot's World Showcase in a whole new way with one of the park's newest adventures. Disney's DuckTales World Showcase Adventure (replacing Phineas and Ferb: Agent P's World Showcase Adventure) is an interactive game that uses the Disney mobile app. Players join Scrooge McDuck as they travel through seven pavilions across countries including Mexico and Canada to find "priceless lost magical treasures".

Adorable Huey, Dewey and Louie are also on their way, and since the missions are randomly assigned, each game can be a whole new experience.

Wilderness Explorers

Adventure awaits at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park. Pick up the Wilderness Explorers guidebook and go on a self-guided adventure, stopping at stations throughout the park to earn "badges" (stickers) for completing various tasks. You'll also learn about endangered species, skills in the wild, and more. Earn all badges to become an Honorary Senior Wildlife Explorer.

Scavenger Hunts and Food Crawls at Epcot Festivals

Epcot's four award-winning food festivals offer much more than fine dining. You'll find fun for the whole family here at Epcot's International Festival of the Arts to Remy's Ratatouille Hide & Squeak as part of Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival.

Guests can grab a free guidebook and solve puzzles to find forgetful Dory's missing underwater friends. The guide contains stickers to help you keep track of every lost fish, as well as interesting facts about sea creatures.

The Mirror de Los Muertos

During this mini-game, guests encounter the Mirror de Los Muertos in Epcot's Mexico pavilion. Inspired by Pixar's “Coco,” this interactive mirror allows guests to create their own skeleton, which is then transferred to the Land of the Dead from the movie. Photos of your customized skeleton will then be linked to the My Disney Experience app.

Hidden Pascals in Fantasyland

Set in a whimsical Fantasyland area inspired by Rapunzel: Tangled, this fun game offers a welcome respite from the bustling Magic Kingdom. This simple yet interesting game is dedicated to Pascal, the adorable and mean chameleon from the Disney cartoon. 10 statues of Pascal are hidden in the lush vegetation between the Haunted Mansion and It's a Small World. Can you find them all?

Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters

The ground-breaking marvel of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood studios becomes a true multi-sensory adventure with Batuu Bounty Hunters. Using the Play Disney Parks app and MagicBand+ technology, the game takes players on a journey through Batuu to find the much coveted virtual "rewards" in the hope of eventually joining the Batuu Bounty Hunters Guild. During the game Batuu's Bounty Board will inform the players about the bounty and you will use your MagicBand+ to successfully capture the target.

Kidcot Fun Stops

In each of the 11 countries of the World Showcase, kids can collect unique travel cards with a fun fact about the culture and traditions of that country. There is a small coloring scene on the back of the postcard and guests can use the station markers to have fun.
