Samsung has confirmed that technicians are working to resolve the problem. Representatives of the company asked anyone who faced a similar situation to call the hotline number.

A few days ago, one of the users of Reddit wrote that his wife received photographs that he himself did not send to her. Another girl complained that her friend saw personal pictures, writes Rtvi.

First, a technical error was associated with the update for the messenger, which was released by the mobile operator T-Mobile. But those who use the services of other operators faced the “secret newsletter”. In T-Mobil said that they are not related to the error.

Now Samsung owners are advised not to update the Samsung Messages application, but also to close the access to the phone’s files in the device settings.
