Quarrel between the pilot Delta Air Lines and the flight attendant caused a two-hour flight delay at the airport Laguardia in New York on Monday, July 24.

A source told the outlet that the male pilot and female crew member exchanged barbs in the aisle, with each accusing the other of aggressively grabbing the other's arm. “His conversation was racist, insensitive and unprofessional,” the source said, pointing out that he called her a “piece of s____.”

Two employees Delta were later interviewed by airport police, who brought "giant guns" to the bridge. However, officers determined that no one was injured and no arrests were made. Both the pilot and flight attendant were ordered to remain behind, causing the flight to depart two hours after its scheduled time at 13:30 p.m.
