"Russian" oligarch in the US is accused of pedophilia

Russian billionaire Shalva Chigirinsky is accused of “risk of injury to a minor and unlawful contact with a person under 16 years of age.”

He was detained by police in the American city of Greenwich, Connecticut, and then released on 17 in March 2016. According to the city news portal Greenvich Daily Voice, a deposit of 50 000 dollars would be paid for it.

Police said the investigation occurred following "inappropriate contact between Shalva Chigirinsky and a female individual."

An informed US source told the portal ForumDaily in an exclusive comment that we are talking about a girl “significantly under 16 years old,” i.e., about pedophilia. According to the same source, the city of Greenwich, located 150 km from New York, is known as a favorite place for rich and super-rich immigrants from Russia. In particular, the Chigirinsky family lives in this city, as well as Vladimir Gusinsky and other tycoons who left Russia.

Note that Shalva Chigirinsky, who is now 66 years old, has long been a Russian billionaire. In 2008, Forbes magazine estimated his fortune at 2,5 billion dollars.

However, after a conflict with the authorities in Moscow, he started having problems with creditors, as a result of which, according to some experts, he lost almost all of his business. Tax claims forced the businessman to leave Russia.

After that, he lived for several years in Israel.
