Property growth in Miami will be 15% over the next five years
Miami is among the cities with the fastest growing number of households in the United States. According to Realtor.com, over the next five years, this figure in the central district of Miami-Dade will increase by 14,9%.
In Miami-Dade, this year alone, construction of the 13 of thousands of new houses will begin, which will create about 44 of thousands of jobs.
The authors of the report also note that the rapidly developing areas of Miami, including Downtown and Edgewater, contribute to this. In the near future, construction projects will be implemented for such large projects as the Miami World Center, the Brickell City Center and the railway cluster. All Aboard Florida, which will link the speed of Miami and Orlando.
Above Miami, which ranks fourth in Realtor.com's ranking, are only Dallas, Los Angeles and a rather unexpected leader - the city of Gilbert, Arizona. It is currently the largest self-governing urban community in the United States.
According to the 2010 Census, Gilbert had 208 residents, but the city is growing 7,6 times faster than the US average. Homeownership growth over five years is expected to be 15,9%.
