A mysterious Russian buyer bought the most expensive houseever sold in Florida. He paid almost $ 140 million for it. New York Post.

The mansion is located in Palm Beach on land that once belonged to the 45th President Donald Trump. In 2008, Russian oligarch Dmitry Rybolovlev bought the house that was previously located there for $95 million. He demolished the building and sold three plots of land for a total of $108,2 million. In addition, Rybolovlev made headlines when he sold the painting “Savior of the World” by Leonardo da Vinci for $450 million.

The territory has a swimming pool and a guest house. The contract was awarded less than 1 hours after the mystery buyer visited the home, the source said. His name was not disclosed.

Renowned broker Ryan Serhant represented the buyer. Serhant, who recently published a book, The Energy of Big Money, also recently sold his most expensive apartment, a $33 million penthouse at Arte Surfeside in Miami (where Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner currently rent).
