Russian stewardess want to equip stun guns and handcuffs

In the near future, pilots and flight attendants will be able to independently pacify riotous passengers with the help of plastic handcuffs and stun guns. Thus, the Federal Air Transport Agency proposes to protect the work of aviation personnel.

In addition, the agency proposes to introduce into the legislation the concept of “avihulians” and impose special fines for this category of citizens.

At the moment, the rules of conduct in air transport are ineffective, so it is necessary to tighten the legislation to combat aircraft masters.

In the Federal Air Navigation Agency, it is reported that in the 2014 year 59 incidents were recorded aboard airliners involving drunken passengers.

Then, as soon as March 2015 of the year, there were five debauches on airliners. So, March 6 passengers of a flight from Astrakhan to the Indian state of Goa had to tie up a rowdy who had arranged a fight with belts.
