Russian media: In Belgium, arrested the property of the Russian Federation on the claim of Yukos
Russian news agencies report that Belgian bailiffs notified Russian institutions in the country about the arrest of property belonging to Russia at the suit of former Yukos shareholders.
The Interfax agency reports this with reference to the bailiff's office "Marc Sacre - Stefan Sacre - Piet De Smet"
It is reported that the organizations listed in the list are obliged to declare within two weeks the funds at their disposal, the property of the Russian Federation and the debts owed to the Russian Federation. The amount of the claim is 1,6 billion euros.
The court ruling, Interfax reports, applies to all Russian institutions in Belgium, except those protected by diplomatic immunity.
