The risk of injury, death and fire: what products were recalled in July

In July, they announced the recall of several products at once. Check the list carefully and make sure you and your children are safe, advises important.

“As summer comes to an end, children are spending their final days outside before the start of a new school year,” wrote Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita. “If you purchased one of the recalled products, stop using it immediately and contact the manufacturer immediately.”

The following products were recalled in July, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission:

Sky Wheels by Soft Play. The Sky Wheels may become detached from the top rail of the playset, causing children to fall and injure themselves.

Yamaha Personal Transportation Vehicles by Yamaha. May accelerate unexpectedly, creating a risk of accident and injury to consumers.

2023 Yamaha Golf Car, PTV and Umax by Yamaha Golf Car Company. The accelerator spring could become dislodged, causing the accelerator pedal to not return to its original position, resulting in an accident, injury or death.

woom ORIGINAL Kids' Bicycles by woom Bikes USA. The handlebars on a bicycle can become detached, causing the rider to lose control and risk falling.

Residential 300 Series Snow Blowers by Husqvarna. Recalled snow blowers may suddenly switch to driving mode and run into the consumer, that is, injure him.

VRURC Portable Chargers by VRURC. Chargers sometimes ignite, resulting in a fire hazard.

Frigidaire Gas Laundry Centers by Electrolux Group. The felt seal on the dryer drum folds inward, causing lint to accumulate there and create a fire hazard.

Domestic gas boilers from ECR International. Domestic boilers that are being recalled may not have a chimney inspection cover, creating a risk of exposure to flue gases and the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Timberline Solar Energy Shingles by GAF Energy. The electrical components of solar shingles can fail, resulting in a fire hazard.

Showrunner II Consoles with wireless phone chargers sold with True Fitness fitness equipment. The exposed part of the wireless charging board may come into contact with other internal wiring, which may result in a fire.

Pottery Barn Kids Penny transformable cribs from Pottery Barn Kids. The end panel of the crib can loosen and expose sharp edges, which is dangerous for children.

Then follow the instructions in the notice, including where to return the product or what steps you need to take to receive a replacement product.
