Chicago Restaurants Record Michelin Stars
Michelin released its Chicago Guide for 2017 year. The list of the most prestigious restaurants with exquisite cuisine got 26 institutions. This is more on 4 than in 2016, writes Time-out. It is noted that the famous Band of Bohemia, GreenRiver, Oriole, Roister and Smyth restaurants were on the list. Aliena and Grace received the highest score.
Journalists note that, in general, the main part of the list has not undergone any changes - the leaders of Chicago gastronomy firmly hold their positions. However, for example, the Moto restaurant disappeared from the list because its owners closed it in February of this year.

The Michelin Red Guide has been published since 1900 and is considered the most influential restaurant rating in the world. The restaurants selected by the inspectors are classified by 3 categories:
1 star - a very good restaurant in its category;
2 stars - an excellent restaurant, for dinner here it’s even worth making a detour from your travel route;
3 stars - excellent work by the chef, it makes sense to take a separate trip here.
It is also worth noting that restaurants are prohibited to indicate in advertising and on signs that their establishment has Michelin stars.
