The drunk passenger of Aeroflot broke the leg of the flight attendant: what will he be for it

A drunken Aeroflot passenger has been banned from flying on the airline after he broke a steward's leg during an argument over a cigarette with other flight crew members. The incident occurred before takeoff, writes Fox News.

Passenger Maxim Pashnin 14 got on without any problems on a SU1307 flight from Novosibirsk (Siberia) to Moscow, but then everything changed dramatically.

36-year-old Russian began to smoke on the plane, and the flight attendant ordered him to immediately stop. His reaction was aggressiveness.

“Pashnin pushed a young flight attendant into the cockpit with the pilots, and then attacked the pilots, captain and co-pilot,” police later said. “These three crew members resisted and managed to block the hooligan and hand him over to the police.”

A drunk passenger police detained and removed from the flight. Because of this, there was a delay in the take-off of the aircraft carrying the 158 man by 20 minutes.

However, in a fight, Pashnin broke the leg of the senior flight attendant, Aeroflot representatives say.

“The man initiated a fight with passengers and with the police who arrived to remove the hooligan from the flight. As a result, the senior steward was injured - his leg was broken, airline representatives said. “Aeroflot intends to demand the maximum punishment with payment of damages to both the aviation company and its employees.”

The troublemaker faces up to six years for "air hooliganism" and the attack on the police. He is also forbidden to fly with Aeroflot.

Later, the doctor confirmed that Pashnin was really intoxicated when he got on the flight.

“Fortunately, this all happened at the airport and not while we were flying. “Can you imagine the horror if he went crazy during the flight?” said one of the passengers on the flight.
