Russia will send Zelensky an invitation. This was stated by Assistant to the President of Russia Yuri Ushakov.
According to him, 17 leaders, including the presidents of India, France, Cuba, Venezuela, Belarus, Moldova, Serbia, as well as the Czech Republic, confirmed their intention to come to the Russian capital for the event.
Ushakov added that the US has not yet responded to the invitation, although US President Donald Trump reacted positively to this offer.

In 2018, the presidential administration did not send invitations to foreign leaders at the Victory Parade in Moscow. The Kremlin explained that this is practiced only for anniversary events.
The last president of Ukraine, who came to Moscow, was Viktor Yanukovych. He visited the Russian capital in March 2012 of the year. Then he held talks with Putin.
Former president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko for all the years in power did not receive an invitation to celebrate Victory Day from Putin.
