Putin Show: BBC launches comedy program with Vladimir Putin. VIDEO

The BBC has announced a comedy talk show, the lead of which will be the animated Russian President Vladimir Putin. At the moment, two pilot episodes with the participation of the Russian leader are already ready, the statement says on the website of the TV channel.

The program will be called “Evening with Vladimir Putin,” writes NewsRu. The three-dimensional animated president of the Russian Federation will not only communicate with real guests, sitting at the table, but also walk through the studio. During the filming will attend the audience. The first guests of the talk show will be the press secretary of former British Prime Minister Tony Blair Alastair Campbell and journalist June Sarpong.

Some UK residents reacted negatively to the BBC's announcement. “I can’t believe I’m paying for this,” one viewer fumed, while another vowed to give up his TV license. “Tell me, exactly what great ideas did you reject in order to offer THIS?” asks another user, and another left a comment in Russian. “This is fucking cool. I am delighted. Keep falling to the bottom. Increase the pace, in a year you will lose your audience, and in two you will be closed.”
