New York City Farmers Market Guide

Shopping at farmers' markets is good for health, because most of the vegetables and fruits sold there are more natural, and therefore tastier than those on supermarket shelves, besides, they are pleasant for the wallet, because prices for seasonal goods can be much lower there than in stores.

As more and more people seek out greenmarkets in their neighborhoods, the community of greenmarkets in New York is growing exponentially and now has more than 50 points in five districts of the city, the website writes Event Cartel.
