Heavy rains and strong winds: New York and neighboring states were covered by a powerful storm
Heavy rain, gusty winds and, possibly, flash floods will come to the northeastern United States today as the Atlantic storm phenomenon gathers strength off the coast.
Heavy rain will pass through Virginia, Washington, DC, and Philadelphia on Wednesday afternoon, October 16, and will move to New York, so traffic conditions may already be on the roads of New York, Philadelphia and some regions of New England tonight, writes ABC News.
In some places in New Jersey and New York, up to 4 inches (1,5 cm) of rain can be observed, as well as flash floods.
