Google programmer lives in the back of a truck

A guy named Brandon has been living in a truck in the Google parking lot for several months now. He describes his unusual experience on the blog. Brandon is a software engineer at Google. This gives the programmer the opportunity to live in the back of a truck without a kitchen, running water and other amenities.

Living in the car, Brandon wants to save money. According to him, renting a one-room apartment costs $ 2000 per month. And the cost of his truck is $ 10 000 plus the cost of insuring a car $ 121 per month. So, for six months of the experiment, the engineer saved more money than he spent on the truck.
