Representatives of Iran and Hamas met in Moscow to talk about Israel: the West condemned such 'friendship'
Russian President Vladimir Putin stated the need for negotiations and the creation of an independent Palestine with its capital in East Jerusalem. Hamas responded that it welcomed Russia's "tireless efforts to stop Israeli aggression" against the militants. The result of this “friendship” was another visit of Hamas representatives to Russia at the invitation of Putin. How it all went and why this act outraged almost the whole world, the publication told New York Post.

Russia has been condemned for rolling out the red carpet in Moscow for the leaders of Hamas and Iran, which one alarmed expert says proves Putin is forming a new “axis of terror against the West.”
On October 26, Russian Foreign Ministry officials met in Moscow with Hamas leaders Bassem Naim and Musa Abu Marzouk, just weeks after their terrorist group swept into Israel and killed at least 1400 people, mostly civilians.
The terrorist leaders posed with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, Putin's special envoy to the Middle East, who met with Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani.

The Iranian official held his talks with Hamas spokesman Marzouk while both were in Moscow, Russian state news agency TASS reported.
Hamas later praised Putin, who is currently fighting a war in Ukraine, for his "position" on the terror war against Israel.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said the diplomats stressed “the need for a cessation of hostilities in and around the Gaza Strip and the speedy provision of humanitarian assistance to the affected Palestinian population.”
The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and his Iranian guest Bagheri Kani confirmed their general readiness to “continue close coordination of efforts in the interests of stabilizing the situation in the Middle East.”
The meetings raised alarm in the West that Russia is forming an alliance with Hamas, with Iran acting as a trusted intermediary, given its role as a supplier of kamikaze drones to Russia and its decades-long support and funding of the terrorist group.
“The news that the Iran-backed terrorist group Hamas is being welcomed in Moscow should be extremely concerning to the West,” said Kasra Aarabi, US director of United Against Nuclear Iran.
He warned that Russia and Iran were united by "hostility toward the West" and suggested that this meant "a new and looming axis of terror against the West."
Israel called the warm reception of Hamas envoys in Moscow "deplorable" and accused Putin's government of supporting terrorism.
“Israel views the invitation of senior Hamas representatives to Moscow as an obscene step that supports terrorism and legitimizes the atrocities of Hamas terrorists,” the Israeli Foreign Ministry said in a statement. “The hands of senior Hamas officials are stained with the blood of more than 1400 Israelis who were stabbed, killed, executed and burned, and they are responsible for the abduction of more than 220 Israelis, including infants, children, women and the elderly.”

However, the Kremlin defended the Hamas invitation, saying it was necessary to maintain contacts with all parties to the Middle East conflict.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov clarified that the Hamas delegation met with representatives of the Russian Foreign Ministry, but not with Putin or members of his administration.
“We consider it necessary to continue our contacts with all parties and, of course, we will continue the dialogue with Israel,” Peskov said.
The Russian Embassy in Israel released a statement reaffirming Moscow's call for an immediate ceasefire, the release of all hostages held by Hamas, and the delivery of humanitarian aid to residents of Gaza.
